Welcome to zutafa.com. Zutafa Limited and/or its affiliates ("Zutafa") provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at zutafa.com, use Zutafa products or services, use Zutafa mobile applications, or use software provided by Zutafa in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, "Zutafa Services"). By using the Zutafa Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, to the following conditions.

We offer a wide range of Zutafa Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a Zutafa Service (for example, Your Profile, Gift Cards, Zutafa Video, Your Media Library, Zutafa devices, or Zutafa applications) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that Zutafa Service ("Service Terms"). If these Terms & Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.

Electronic Communications

When you use Zutafa Services or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the Zutafa Services, and you can retain copies for your records. You agree that all such communications satisfy any legal requirement under Nigerian law that such communications be in writing.

Copyright

All content made available through any Zutafa Service (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, data compilations, and software) is the property of Zutafa or its content suppliers and protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content is the exclusive property of Zutafa.

Trademarks

Zutafa’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Zutafa’s, in any way likely to cause confusion among users, or that disparages or discredits Zutafa. All other trademarks not owned by Zutafa that appear in any Zutafa Service are the property of their respective owners.

Licence and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions of Use and applicable Service Terms, Zutafa or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Zutafa Services. This license does not include commercial resale or use, or use of data mining or similar tools. Zutafa reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Your Account

You may need your own Zutafa account to use certain services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Zutafa sells products for children to adults only. If you are under 18, you may use Zutafa Services only with parental involvement. Alcohol-related services are limited to users 18+ in accordance with Nigerian law.

Reviews, Comments, Communications and other Content

You may post reviews and submit content so long as it is not unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. By posting, you grant Zutafa a royalty-free, perpetual license to use and display the content. Zutafa has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove such content.

Intellectual Property Complaints

Zutafa respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights are being infringed, please sent an email to info@zutafa.

Risk of Loss

All purchases of physical items from Zutafa are made pursuant to a shipping contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

Return, Refunds and Exchange

Refund will be issued once items has arrive at our facility in original conditions. Refunds may be issued without requiring a return in some cases. Between 01 May 2025 and 31 December 2025 we will not issue refunds, instead we will offer an exchange option.

Product Description

Zutafa attempts to be accurate, but does not guarantee that descriptions or content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

Prices on Zutafa may be subject to change. Despite our efforts, some items may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than stated, Zutafa may contact you or cancel the order.

App Permissions

By using Zutafa apps, you grant permissions to access your device. These permissions are governed by app-specific notices.

Sanctions and Export Policy

You may not use Zutafa Services in violation of Nigerian trade and export laws or sanctions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in Nigeria.

Other Businesses

Zutafa may provide access to third-party businesses. Zutafa is not responsible for the content, services, or products offered by these third parties. Review their terms and privacy policies independently.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

ZUTAFA SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ZUTAFA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY ZUTAFA ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. ZUTAFA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF ZUTAFA SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ZUTAFA SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF ZUTAFA SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, ZUTAFA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ZUTAFA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ZUTAFA SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ZUTAFA SERVICES, ZUTAFA'S SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM ZUTAFA ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Zutafa Service will be adjudicated in Abia State or Abia State High Court of Justice, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to principle of conflict of laws.

Site Policies, Modification and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms & Conditions of Use. If any condition is invalid or unenforceable under Nigerian law, the remainder shall remain in full force.
